The red thread launched on the debut evening will also continue in the second appointment of the Festival that will welcome one of the most refined interpreters of Italian cinema tonight, Margherita Buy, protagonist of the author’s lesson who will anticipate the projection of “Familia” by Francesco Costabile, in competition, first and second works section. A film that digs in the underground tensions of a southern family unit, in a context marked by silences, imposed roles and old wounds never healed. The intimate narrative is then intertwined with the story of the territory with “Il Cammino – Travel to Calabria” poetic document of the young director Mattia Leonardo De Blasi, who signs a visual diary to discover the authentic Calabria, between silent villages and live memories.
