A serious road accident occurred late yesterday evening, Saturday 2 August, along the provincial road that connects Rosarno to San Ferdinando. In the violent impact, which involved two cars, two people originally from Rosarno lost their lives. These are about husband and wife, about fifty years: Silvia Fiumara and Pasquale Papasidero.
A third person, also from Rosarno, was injured and was transported to the Polistena hospital, where he is currently hospitalized.
The causes of the accident are still being investigated. The two victims traveled aboard a black panda: the two spouses would have died instantly. The firefighters and law enforcement officers intervened on the spot for the findings of the case and the safety of the area.
