The reasons for the bis appeal sentence of the crime process defined with the abbreviated rite, which concerned 11 defendants have been deposited. The trial returned before the magistrates of the Court of Appeal of Reggio Calabria after the cancellation with the postponement by the Court of Cassation.
In the 38 pages of reasons, the judges Reggio (president Lucia Monaco, councilors on Saturday Abagnale and Cristina Foti) acquitted the defendants Remigio Iamonte, defended by the lawyer. Loris Nisi, and Giuseppe Romeo Iaria (Avv. Annunziato Alati), from the crime of fictitious header of a commercial exercise located in Melito Porto Salvo “because the fact does not exist”. The Court, therefore, has redetermined the sentence for Iamonte in 8 years and for Iaria at 2 years.
