In recent days, the State Police has denounced three young people in Serra San Bruno for the violation of a prevention measure arranged against them. The agents of the judicial police team of the city police station in fact ascertained that the three had gone to a local in the center, violating the ban on access and parking at commercial businesses and public places (Dacur), also known as “Daspo Willy”.
The measure had been issued by the Quaestor of Vibo Valentia, Rodolfo Ruperti, following an episode of urban violence: the three had been involved in a brutal beating that occurred right inside a room in the wandering movida.
Daspo Willy is a restrictive measure aimed at subjects considered socially dangerous, who have made themselves protagonists of brawls or aggressions near public places.
Following the violation, the three will be called to respond to the crime provided for by article 13 bis, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree 14/2017, which provides for imprisonment from 1 to 3 years and a fine of up to 24,000 euros.
