Two boys were hospitalized in intensive care after eating a sandwich with broccoli. The symptoms manifested by the two seventeen year olds are compatible with a botulinum poisoning. From what has been reconstructed the two kids have eaten a sandwich with broccoli bought by a diamond street vendor. Shortly thereafter they started to warn symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and pain. They were brought to the emergency room and from there emergency hospitalized at the Cosenza hospital in the intensive care unit. At the moment their conditions are monitored by all healthcare personnel. From what is learned, a serum is expected to arrive from outside the region. The boys are kept under control.
