One date is, the second – the most awaited – perhaps: the advice called to take note of the resignation of President Occhiuto will meet tomorrow, while the next regional elections should be held on 12 and 13 October. The conditional is a must because the passage of tomorrow in the classroom will effectively open an “electoral window” between September 28 and November 9. And nobody, at the moment, can exclude further acceleration that leads to the polls on the first useful date, that is, Sunday 28 and Monday 29 September.
The institutional road, however, is traced. The communication of the Prime Minister, Filippo Mancuso, yesterday at the Conference of the group leaders, displaced several. In fact, there was a convocation of the assembly not before next week. The opposition protested, especially with the group leader of the mixture Antonio Lo Schiavo, but Mancuso specified that the passage with the group leaders represented only an information and that there would be no margins of negotiation: the legislation leaves the president the prerogative of the convocation of the session. Some bad moods, with narrow teeth and in the corridors, also from the center -right. Tomorrow, however, would have been agreed directly with Occhiuto. And this awareness would “calm down the waters” in the coalition.
