Two men were arrested by the State Police of Reggio Calabria as they set dangerous waste in fire in a ground near the fast sliding road between Gallic and Gambarie.
The alarm was launched by the Control Room of the Fire Regional Coordination, which reported the episode to the Police Headquarters, allowing the immediate intervention of the flyers.
The two, a 25 -year -old Reggio and a 30 -year -old from Lamezia Terme, were surprised in the act while burning copper cables to eliminate the insulating coating, material classified as a special refusal for its environmental danger. 21 kilos of material seized.
