Agents of the Messina State Police identified and arrested, in the act of crime, a 26 -year -old Messinese who had made himself responsible for a robbery against a supermarket in the city center shortly before. The above, for the purposes of the exercise of the right to report, constitutionally guaranteed and in compliance with the rights of the suspects who, in consideration of the current phase of the preliminary investigations, are to be assumed innocent up to the irrevocable sentence that ascertains the responsibilities and with the clarification that the judgment, which will take place in contradictory with the parties and defenses before the third and impartial judge, will also be able to conclude with the absence of the of responsibility for the suspects.
