In a bathing establishment, serious irregularities were found in the management and description of food in the menus, with penalties for 11,500 euros. In another exercise, hygienic-structural deficiencies and the seizure of 200 kg of traceability without traceability, as well as violations of conservation and information to customers, led to an additional 17,000 euros of fines.
