There is a turning point in the infinite soap opera of this paradoxical Summer of Messina. What is decided only after the unquestionable response of the court will be known: never as in this case supreme judge. Yesterday the ACR Messina, through its lawyers, deposited the supplementary writing that collects the changes of the agreement reached in recent days with the Doadi Srls, also concerning the management of the company’s sports branch.
The first agreement between the parties was signed on August 4th; Two days later, on August 6, the Messina Court had asked the successful part for some additions, in particular further guarantees to cover the operation and details on the actors involved. Once this phase is over, the provision of the judicial commissioner is now awaiting which in the next few hours should already express his opinion on the hypothesis of externalization of technical management to the new local group.
The affair is intertwined with the 60 -day extension granted by the same Court to the ACR Messina for the presentation of the Concordary Plan of Return of the debt, slipped to 10 October. However, the date set for the appearance of the parties remains confirmed as of 10 September. Appointments that clash with the purely sporting needs of the club. For this reason, a clear acceleration is absolutely necessary in the negotiations for the passage of deliveries to the team led by the economic operator citizen Giuseppe Peditto.
Time holds: in ten days Messina is expected from the debut in the Italian Cup in the home of Vigor Lamezia, but it is not certain that the team (which does not exist today) presents itself, with the concrete hypothesis of a renunciation that would follow the wake of what happened in the first year of the wandering era, when the then maximum manager (today a 20%minority partner) decided not to present the team to Acireale. And above all, the start of the Serie D championship, on September 7, with the Biancoscudati who should host the Athletic Palermo, but with a rose still to be built.
