The contextual resignation of seven directors ended the administrative experience led by the mayor Pippo Paino. For a few weeks, the political crisis exploded in the morning, sanctioning the end of the Condofuri City Council. Being more than half of the councilors in office, the Prefecture will start the procedures for the dissolution of the municipal assembly and, at the same time, will have the sending of an ordinary commissioner with the task of guiding the body to the administrative ones who will take place next spring.
The four exponents of the minority and three majority dissidents detached the plug. Delivered to the Protocol Office in the morning yesterday, the letter of resignation was signed by Tommaso Iaria and Pietro Clementi (we relaunch Condofuri), Bruno Maisano and Giuseppe Foti (democracy and freedom) and by Daniele Latella, Pasquale Rodà and Giuseppe Barreca, all expression of “We are Condofuri”, the civic who had supported the race to first citizen of Paino.
