In view of the regional elections of October, the election campaign has officially started in Rosarno, with a series of meetings in local clubs, which aim to define the choice of the most suitable candidates to represent the interests of parties and communities.
The comparisons, lively and participated, are not exempt from moments of tension and controversy between the political forces that compete for a seat in the region.
In an atmosphere of growing division, which seems to replicate the dynamics of the last municipal elections, a unification proposal emerges. Some prominent political exponents, such as Gaetano Rao, former mayor of Rosarno and former provincial councilor, hopes that all political forces, beyond the traditional oppositions between the center -right and the center -left, will be able to converge on the figure of a single candidate capable of representing the needs and requests of Rosarno in a credible and coherent way to the regional levels.
