The Port System Authority of the Tyrrhenian and Ionian Tyrrhenian Seas collects the positive judgment of environmental compatibility of the project for the extension of the forane pier of the old port of Crotone.
The green light came from both the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Safety and from the Dicastery of Culture at the conclusion of the environmental impact assessment procedure (via) to which the interventions plan was subjected. Which have a single goal: to reduce the impact of the wave in the sea of the sea which is recorded inside the Basin of the Vecchio Port (which is 66 thousand square meters wide) every time the storms from South-East occur that endanger the pleasure boats and fishing boats.
