A large collective embrace accompanied, on Saturday evening at the Gaslini Park, the event “La Taranta and the sea”, organized in the context of the Estartal Cultural Review to celebrate the conquest of the Blue Flag, a recognition that rewards the commitment of the city of Catanzaro for the third year in a row in the protection of the sea and the environment.

The evening recorded an extraordinary public participation, transforming the Gaslini Park into a stage of music, tradition and identity. The absolute protagonists the Parafoné, who with their live concert have given emotions and told, through ancient and contemporary sounds, the profound link between our land and the sea.

The event also represented a moment of cultural synergy, thanks to the collaboration with the “Tchaikovsky” music conservatory of Catanzaro, a precious partner in the enhancement of the city’s musical and artistic heritage. A union that confirms the desire to network between institutions and cultural realities to promote Catanzaro as a living, dynamic and capable of combining tradition and innovation.

With “La Taranta and the sea”, Catanzaro celebrated not only an important milestone, but also its vocation to be a city of the sea and culture, open to participation and sharing.
