A directive that translates into the obligation to privilege regular hires and progressively reduce the use of precarious and pensioners who return to wear the shirt to face particular needs related to organic voids.
The phenomenon, born as an emergency solution, has long become far from an exception to the normal recruitment routes. According to the data of the Health Department are “a few hundred”, the stench doctors permanently used by hospitals. They are in service mainly in emergency room but also in exceptionally unguarded departments (this is the case of orthopedics in Villa Sofia, where the emergency of last spring was also faced with the call of throwers).
