Before the judge for the preliminary investigations at the Court of Reggio Calabria, the hearing was held for the assignment of the assignment and the oath of the expert in the scope of the evidentiary accident, requested by the Prosecutor’s Office and arranged for the extraction and analysis of the data contained in the mobile devices and in the SIM seized to the suspects in the procedure relating to the policy incident that last April 8 at the “Calabria dealership” Engines ”, in Villa San Giovanni.
The criminal proceeding, which sees two subjects investigated, concerns serious hypotheses of crime, including attempted extortion and aggravated malicious fire, committed in competition with other people in the unidentified state.
The investigative activity has already led, in recent months, to the seizure of several electronic devices, for which the judge deemed it necessary to proceed with technical expertise, aimed at the forensic dating draw.
The assessment, requested by the public prosecutor, was considered essential for the identification of any further managers.
By order of the investigating magistrate, it was therefore intended to proceed, in the forms of the evidentiary accident, to the draw, copy and analysis (messages, chats, multimedia content, data in cloud, etc.) of the data present in the seized devices, given the relevance of the assessment with respect to the provisional accounts.
The defensive college is composed of the lawyer Salvatore Cerra (for the offended person Emanuele Ionà) and the lawyers Alessandro Torrente and Ettore Aversano (defenders of the suspects).
