Crotone, Vincenzo Voce’s (official) turn to the right displaces some of the mayor’s loyalists

Mayor Vincenzo Voce’s profession of faith in Giorgia Meloni (“who managed to make the most of the entire center-right”) was probably expected. But the way in which the official adhesion to the prime minister’s side took place could not fail to arouse reactions.
In the “historic” group that supported Voce’s civic project from the beginning and then remained faithful to it, there are cracks and for some a “phase of reflection” has opened. This is the case of the councilor for public works Rossella Parise. The former director of the State Police is certainly not enthusiastic about the turn to the right: “I come from a left-wing family”, she underlines. His tones are not definitive, but in defining the local government experience shared in recent years with the mayor as “beautiful”, he does not exclude that his political journey will end in May: “I’m reflecting – he reiterates -. I will decide calmly, but from now on I thank the mayor for these 5 years.”
