Battle, Canal or Muraca? It is the day of choice for the centre-left, which is relying on the primaries to definitively field its candidate for mayor in the local elections on 24 and 25 May.
The 15 polling stations set up by the organizing committee will be open today from 9am to 8pm. As is known, Domenico Battaglia of the Democratic Party, Massimo Canale of the Onda Orange movement and Giovanni Muraca of Casa Riformista-Italia Viva will compete. The coalition of parties, civic movements and associations that support the candidates in the primaries also includes the Italian Socialist Party, Rifondazione Comunista, Alleanza Verdi-Sinistra, the Party of the South and the Democratic and Progressive council groups, Reset, La Svolta, Sintesi and Falling in love with Reggio.
