«It was the worst electoral campaign ever, at least for me, which started badly and ended worse. But it’s over.” With these words Nicoletta Perrotti, defeated candidate in the municipal elections of Castrolibero, comments on the outcome of the vote that led to the election of Francesco Serra as mayor of the city.

Perrotti underlined his respect for the result of the polls, defining it as consistent with his culture and political formation.

Best wishes to the new mayor

«Castrolibero has chosen, and he has chosen Ciccio Serra as mayor and it is to him and his team that my best wishes go out, but above all my heartfelt good luck», he declared.

However, the candidate proudly claimed the work done during the electoral campaign, lived “with dignity among the people, in the squares and in the neighborhoods”, listening to problems and bringing forward proposals and ideas for the future of the city.

Thanks to the supporters

Nicoletta Perrotti then thanked candidates, volunteers, supporters and citizens who supported the political project of her coalition.

«I want to thank all the women and men who have supported me in recent months and above all the many citizens, 2451, who have placed their trust in us. Your support has not been in vain and represents a vibrant community that will continue to make its voice heard,” he concluded.
