The nightclub in Sangineto, in the Cosentino area, where on the night between Saturday and Sunday a man shot wounding two young people was closed for 15 days by the police commissioner of Cosenza, Antonio Borelli. The suspension measure, notified to the license holder of the premises, was motivated by the need to prevent the social danger situation from continuing, thus protecting the order and safety of citizens, regardless of the operator’s responsibility.
The commissioner took the measure after receiving a report from the Scalea carabinieri, who are investigating the matter with the coordination of the Paola Prosecutor’s Office. Police checks have been arranged to verify compliance with the measure.
