The meeting room of the CISL Magna Graecia in the Mancuso Gallery in Catanzaro hosted the in-depth seminar “Condominium: between rules and sentences. Jurisprudential updates on condominium matters”, promoted by Confbuilding Catanzaro.

The meeting was opened by Raffaele Rotundo, representing SICET CISL Magna Graecia, who greeted the participants, recalling the importance of discussion between the different entities operating in the housing sector.
Sandro Scoppa, president of Confconstruction Calabria and Confconstruction Catanzaro, then spoke and highlighted the value of training and professional updating as essential tools to competently deal with the continuous regulatory and jurisprudential developments in condominium matters.
The introductory report
Antonio Abate, president of Coram Catanzaro and vice-president of Confedilizia Catanzaro, then delivered the introductory report, outlining the framework of the main interpretative and application issues that characterize condominium regulations today, and underlined the growing impact of jurisprudential orientations on the daily activities of administrators.
Vincenzo Nasini’s jurisprudential updates
Following this, Vincenzo Nasini, president of Confconstruction Genoa and national vice-president of Confconstruction, gave the report, offering a broad analysis of the most significant problems of condominium law. During his speech he focused, in particular, on recent and important jurisprudence decisions, illustrating their contents, orientations and main practical implications in the management of buildings and in the activity of condominium administrators.
The meeting, which was attended by a large audience, also represented a moment of professional updating for the condominium administrators registered with Coram, Coordination of real estate registers, which manages the Real Estate Administrators Register of the Catanzaro Confbuilding.
