It is called “Lavoro Giovani Calabria”, it is intended for young people up to the age of 35 and residents in Calabria, it aims to “counteract the employment disadvantage and the flight of talent from the regional territory” through the financing of extra-curricular internships lasting six months and with a commitment of 30 hours per week, to be carried out in the regional territory, and together with the “Merit Income” it is one of the flagship programs of the Occhiuto administration in the strategy to relaunch the market of work. It’s a shame that today there is a lack of “financial endowment”, at least according to the complaint by regional councilor Francesco De Cicco (Progressive Democrats), according to whom “dozens of reports have been received from citizens and families, whose requests, although formally correct and timely, have not been evaluated or financed due to the wording ‘lack of financial endowment'”.
