Investigations continue into the attack which occurred on the outskirts of the Christopher Street Day in Berlin. The German police are searching the area around the vehicle that launched itself into the crowd, while investigations continue to precisely reconstruct the dynamics of the events.

The officers gathered in front of the Tiergarten area and started search operations shortly after 11am, concentrating their investigative activity in the area affected by the attack.

The Bundestag in mourning

According to Bild, the president of the Bundestag, Julia Klöckner, has ordered that the flags of the German Parliament be flown at half-mast today as a sign of mourning for the victims of the attack.
