On the other hand, Minister Schillaci himself, when questioned on the subject, declares that he is awaiting registration by the Court of Auditors, the so-called “stamping”. In this institutional short circuit, the only incontrovertible certainty is that just yesterday the Council of Ministers gave the green light to a new plan to recover from healthcare debt for the next three years. A “tears and blood” plan that formally certifies that the Calabrian healthcare accounts are anything but in order.” This is what the regional councilor of the Democratic Party Giuseppe Falcomatà declares, intervening decisively on the stalemate regarding the recovery from health debt in Calabria and asking direct questions to the President of the Region.
The questions addressed to Occhiuto
The Dem Regional Councilor asks a direct question to the Governor Roberto Occhiuto to clarify the accounting critical issues that have emerged: «President Occhiuto clarify this fundamental doubt for us and tell us how we can talk about the end of the season of “oral budgets” when, as certified by the Court of Auditors itself, the budgets were even drawn up through interviews. Tell us why the board of auditors ultimately expresses a favorable opinion despite, by their own admission, there is a lack of availability of the documents such as to determine an insurmountable impediment to the technical-accounting verification”.
