Moments of fear this morning at Capo Vaticano where a tourist fell off a cliff. From what we learn, he was probably intent on taking a selfie (most likely from the “Praia i Focu” cliff) to also immortalize the extraordinary scenic beauty of the area and would have gone over the fence, losing his balance.
There is currently no news on his condition. Two helicopters on site: the fire brigade and the air ambulance. There are probably also difficulties in reaching the exact point where he fell given the particular morphology of the area with rocky walls that fall into the sea.
