Sant’Andrea A street vendor originally from Bangladesh was hit yesterday while he was resting in the shade of the trees planted close to the beach.
It is not unusual, in fact, for some street vendors, who travel along the beach during the morning to try to sell their goods, find relief from the fatigue and heat under the trees in the area. The accident occurred near the Trocadero beach, where, according to what emerged in the early stages of the reconstruction, the man was hit by a car.
