Knowledge, awareness and training. The Federmanager Calabria assembly was organized around these three themes, held yesterday in a well-known hotel on the Ionian coast of Catanzaro. Coordinating the work was President Luigi Severini who in his introductory report focused on the main topics of the entire meeting, Artificial Intelligence and the unique SEZ of the South, which served as a backdrop to the tools presented by the various speakers and designed to support managers, top management and therefore companies in the evolution of local business models and in the approach to the opportunities of the Special Economic Zone. Main among these is the Careers – Manager Hub platform, conceived and created by Federmanager Calabria for the evaluation of managerial skills which creates a structured report in which the professional profile is analysed, the level of alignment with the role for which one is applying is measured and provides a concrete development plan, based on documentary evidence and behavioral analysis. The platform, developed through the use of AI, saw the involvement of the “Magna Graecia” University of Catanzaro and is already available to all the regional federations of Federmanager.
