For almost six months “around” Palazzo Campanella, the path of the League’s proposed law on the new rules for recruitment in the Public Administration is becoming increasingly full of obstacles. Between regulatory doubts and political perplexities, the provision seems to have ended up in a real minefield. And perhaps it is from this perspective that the amendments presented by Carroccio himself should be read, which correct the situation and whose examination made the postponement of the discussion in the first commission of the Regional Council inevitable on Friday. The most significant “change of course” concerns any application times: «The principles and methods of scrolling the rankings provided for in this law will be applied for a period of 12 months from its entry into force, unless further extended». It was therefore decided to limit any experiment aimed at first exhausting the current rankings to one year and only after announcing new competitions.
