Healthcare: more of a curse than a delight for our communities. The efforts over the last three years have been enormous to improve services and guarantee citizens a better offer. However, overturning a system that has been “sick” for decades is a difficult task: it takes time, money and, above all, political-institutional will. The Region’s commitment was there and has also materialized through the synergies activated with the universities. The Annunziata hospital, for example, has seen the arrival of academics and the activation of new departments, making undoubted steps forward.
However, there is still a lot to do and it is the president of the city council, Giuseppe Mazzuca, who reminds us of this.
