The regional councilor of Casa Riformista-Italia Viva Filomena Greco, member of the Health Commission, has appealed to the Commission for access to administrative documents against the partial denial of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. At the center of the dispute is the response to the request of 12 July, with which Greco had requested the resolution of the Council of Ministers of 22 April 2026 on the termination of the mandate of the Calabrian health commissioner and all the documentation underlying the decision. Palazzo Chigi sent the resolution of 22 April, the note sent to the Court of Auditors and two certifications relating to the meetings of the Council of Ministers of 9 and 22 April. However, it denied access to the rest of the file, arguing that the request was too broad and did not allow the documents to be immediately identified.
