The Shareholders’ Meeting of Catanzaro Servizi SpA was held for the approval of the half-yearly budget and the renewal of the corporate offices.
During the session, the report on the outcomes of the negotiated procedure was approved and the half-yearly financial statements as of 30 June 2026 were approved. The year closed with a particularly significant profit of 389,000 euros, a result attributable to the positive conclusion of the first negotiated settlement procedures with creditors. An extremely positive signal for the stability and future of the company, also strengthened by the extension of the procedure negotiated with the Chamber of Commerce.
The Assembly appointed the new management and control bodies:
Sole Director: Attorney Domenico De Marco, a professional with significant experience in the management of insolvency and negotiated procedures, has been appointed.
Board of Statutory Auditors: appointed Antonio Gemelli as President. The actual members are Rosa Maria Petitto (confirmed) and Nicola Aiello.
Substitutes: accountants Francesco Pascuzzi and Pina Puntillo appointed.
Statutory Auditor: the appointment of the new statutory auditor will take place in the coming weeks, on the proposal of the incoming Board of Statutory Auditors following its formal installation, as required by the Articles of Association.

Mayor Nicola Fiorita expressed profound thanks to the outgoing Sole Director, Tonino De Marco, for the commitment, dedication and generosity shown in carrying out the role free of charge in the last year in favor of the company.
The outgoing Sole Director reciprocated the thanks to the First Citizen for the trust placed in him and for the constant institutional collaboration, underlining how the past year has been a path of strong professional growth, characterized by great responsibilities and the overcoming of complex corporate critical issues, now on the way to a positive solution.
