The positions of the lawyer Gennaro Piero Mellea and of the two entrepreneurs Danilo Abramo and Roberto Mercurio who ended up under house arrest as promoters of a criminal association aimed at disrupting the freedom of auctions, fraudulent transfer of values, money laundering, self-laundering, re-use of money of illicit origin, aggravated fraud in the field of agricultural policy to obtain non-repayable public contributions, arrive before the judges of the Court of Review. The three suspects will appear before the judges accompanied by lawyers Vitaliano Leone and Giovanni Merante (for Mellea), Valerio Murgano (for Abramo) and Enzo De Caro and Arcangelo De Caro (for Mercurio).
