The discussion in the Council of State on the appeal presented by the Region against the celebration of the referendum on the return of the undersecretaries has been postponed until October 15th. The consultation is scheduled for 29 November. As is known, in recent weeks the Regional Administrative Court for Calabria declared inadmissible “due to relative lack of jurisdiction” the appeal of the Calabria Region against the Central Regional Office for the Referendum at the Court of Appeal of Catanzaro, which, accepting the request of seven regional councilors, had given the green light to the holding of the referendum to confirm the changes to the regional Statute which introduce the figure of two undersecretaries to the presidency of the Council.
