The Campania Libri Festival hosted publishers from all over Italy for four days of intense culture. Among these, the Beroe publishing house presented its catalog in its stand set up in the suggestive Palazzo Reale which hosted the event. On this occasion, the publisher Renato Costa presented his noir novel Variabili non idee. In the prestigious and ancient “Tammuriata” room of the Neapolitan National Library, Silvana Carolla of the Libri association moderated the interventions of the journalist Klaus Davi. She explained in an exhaustive and engaging way the provocations and social reactions generated by fake news and journalistic manipulation, suggesting the book as a useful text for understanding its dynamics. The actor Francesco Barra gave voice to the protagonists of the text by reading some extracts on the topics of illegal immigration, social reactions and child prostitution.
«Naples is a square – declares the author-publisher Renato Costa – which offers many sensations and food for thought. The Campania Libri Festival is an event that is enthusiastically making its way into the Italian publishing fair scene. The speakers involved in the meeting offered, each with their own role, added value by best expressing the themes narrated by the book. Klaus’ excellent cultural background offered the public engaging moments of reflection and debate.”
