The public criticism that Roberto Occhiuto reserved for his political area regarding its alleged lack of incisiveness in adequately communicating the Region’s action for Catanzaro gave rise to a debate almost entirely within Forza Italia. Occhiuto, in truth, had already made similar statements precisely at Southern Gazette, in September 2025, a few days before the vote. But on that occasion – perhaps also thanks to the electoral moment – those declarations had no public effects. Today, however, when the positions are on the table in view of the administrative elections of the capital and for the 2027 policies, the picture is different.
