Harsh political attack by Tommaso Antonino Calderone, responsible for Fare con Vento (FnV) in Sicily, towards the alliance between the Brothers of Italy and the South Calls North movement. The subject of the controversy is the political line held by the formation led by Cateno De Luca, accused of moving on two opposite tracks between national and regional level.

«Friends in Rome, enemies in Palermo – declares Calderone in a note -. Today we learn from the press that the centre-right political ally demands free hands in Sicily and has already indicated three councilors belonging to the broad camp, an expression of the Pd and M5S, in the hypothetical regional government council”.

For Calderone, this is a real “political oddity” that recalls the dynamics of the First Republic: “Are we returning to the two-oven policy? What is happening is unacceptable for a serious party like Fratelli d’Italia.” Hence the direct appeal to the presidency of the party in via della Scrofa: «I invite Giorgia Meloni, a person I respect on a personal and political level, to review alliances with people with contradictory CVs».
