Marco Bezzecchi on an Aprilia wins the Qatar Grand Prix, the twentieth round of the MotoGP World Championship. The Emilian finishes for the sixth time on the top step of the podium and precedes Marc Marquez (Ducati) at the finish line, second at 3″083 from the head, who is unable to close the accounts for the tenth title and who postpones the world championship party either to Portimao or Valencia. Raul Fernandez (Aprilia Trackhouse) completes the podium, ahead of his brand mate Ai Ogura. Fifth and sixth are the KTMs of Enea Bastianini and Pedro Acosta, while Jorge Martin (Aprilia) is seventh, holding on despite wrist pain but slipping to within 60 of Marc Marquez.
