The State Police arrested, in flagrante delicto, a 22-year-old Italian citizen of Syrian origin for having violated the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching the offended person and from the places usually frequented by the same, previously ordered to protect the mother in another criminal case.
The young man, in Palmi for the summer holidays, after a bloody argument with his sister, arbitrarily went to his mother’s house, despite the inhibition. The Palmi policemen, alerted by the woman, headed towards the indicated place, finding the boy in the apartment that had been forbidden to him.
Once the ritual procedures were completed, and after informing the Magistrate on duty at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Palmi, the arrested person was transferred to the Vibo Valentia prison.
Within the terms of the law, the precautionary restriction was validated by the Court in monocratic composition of the District which, at the same time, applied, as requested by the Public Prosecutor, the measure of the obligation to report to the Judicial Police in the municipality of habitual residence.
