First stop of the Court of the Peditto group in the race to the core of the ACR Messina sports branch. The judicial commissioner Maria di Renzo and the technical-accounting consultant Corrado Taormina expressed a negative opinion on the proposal presented by Doadi Srls, considering the documentation, even after the requested additions, insufficient to evaluate the reliability of the buyers and protect the creditors, the priority objective of the procedure. Among the critical issues detected, the need for changes to the contract stipulated with the ACR and additional clarifications on the surety. Doadi, with a PEC sent to the Court, harshly contested the conclusions of Di Renzo and Taormina, claiming that he had provided elements more than exhaustive and reaffirming the will to act in maximum transparency.
The final decision will now be up to the bankruptcy section, which will meet in collegial composition to pronounce, probably, by Thursday 14 August. Solved by the ACR lawyers a quick response given the imminence of the start of the championship.
