ACR Messina 1900 SSD ARL, the NewCo with sole partners Justin Davis and Morris Pagniello, has obtained federal affiliation with the serial number 965031. It thus definitively takes over the company in liquidation, after the long process that began on 14 October with the provisional assignment.
A few hours ago, President Davis had made it known, via social media, that he had also paid the salaries for November after the settlement of the sports debt and the deposit of the required guarantees. However, the appeal is still missing the attribution of the sporting title, a subsequent step after affiliation which is of a documentary nature. The management is ready to complete this part too, when it has achieved full operation in the federal system. The hope is that everything can be concluded in the next few hours, to include some elements in the squad in view of Sunday’s match.
