The decision on the judicial fate of the ACR Messina slips. The bankruptcy college chaired by judge Ugo Scavuzzo, after a long council chamber, has reserved the verdict that could perhaps come today. Yesterday was however a long hearing on the initial request of the judicial liquidation prosecutor for the ACR Messina for the large amount of accumulated debts. This is because the judicial commissioner appointed by the Court, the lawyer Maria di Renzo, who together with the technical-accounting consultant Corrado Taormina is working on chance, officially expressed a negative opinion on the proposal made by the company’s lawyers, the lawyers Gianpiero Picciolo and Giuseppe Cicciari, to propose a plan of “business continuity” with the Doadi Srls, who is in fact managing the sporting season in recent weeks.
In the hearing then the Prosecutor, who was represented by the substitute Fabrizio Monaco, reiterated his initial request to the judges to declare the “failure” of the football club.
