A twenty year old, already arrested in recent months for drug trafficking and placed under house arrest, was transferred to prison after repeated violations of the imposed requirements.
The young man, during the home measure, would have repeatedly accepted unauthorized people in the house, in clear violation of the provisions of Patti’s investigating magistrate. The irregularities, documented by the agents of the Commissariat of Sant’Agata di Militello during the checks ordered by the Quaestor of Messina, were reported to the Patti Prosecutor’s Office.
At the request of the prosecutor Angelo Vittorio Cavallo, the investigating judge ordered the aggravation of the precautionary measure, ordering the transfer of the twenty year old to the Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto district house.
