We will still have to wait for the name of the candidate. On the table of the centre-right, however, there is the Francesco Spadafora proposal, brought to the attention of the coalition last Friday during a meeting organized by the political forces of the area, who met again a few weeks after the first inter-party meeting.
Spadafora’s profile is liked by the member of Fratelli d’Italia, among the most voted ever in the 2021 administrative elections and current group leader of the Melonians in the City Council.
More than on the candidates for the office of mayor, however, on Friday the city and provincial representatives of Forza Italia, Fratelli d’Italia, Lega, Idm and Noi Moderati focused their attention above all on the program to be submitted to the voters in view of the takeover of Palazzo dei Bruzi next spring, when the vote will concern not only the Bruzio capital but also many other municipalities scattered throughout the area.
