The man, burdened by specific police records, at the outcome of personal search, was in fact found in possession of some doses of cocaine, hidden inside his shoes. The subsequent home search, necessary for the light of the recovered drug, allowed the military to find a further quantity of drugs. In fact, almost half a kilo of cocaine were seized, packaged in thermosigial wraps; Over a hectic and a half of hashish and about twenty grams of the so-called “pink cocaine”, also called Tusibi due to the presence of 2c-b, an hallucinogen usually summarized in the laboratory with ketamine and MDMA, to which a pink food coloring is added.
This last substance, if introduced into the market, would have yielded an illegal revenue estimated at over 13,000 euros.
The precautionary measure of custody in prison was applied to the outcome of the validation judgment.
