The show brings on stage the famous monologue taken from Pirandello’s novel, defined by the author himself as his “most bitter, profoundly humorous, of managing life”.

The plot revolves around the story of Vitangelo Moscarda, a man who, following an apparently trivial observation of his wife on his nose, finds himself questioning his entire existence. This small detail triggers a vortex of reflections that will lead him to confront the “hundred masks” that the others see in him, up to the search for the authentic and profound self, overcoming the dichotomy between “one, none, one hundred thousand”.
