Fear in the Iztapalapa district, the most populous of Mexico City, where a truck for the delivery of drinks fell into a chasm about 8 meters deep, opened on the asphalt.
The accident occurred in the district of Renovación. The vehicle was blocked vertically, with the front swallowed in the crater and the back facing up. Fortunately, the driver managed to get out of the passenger compartment without reporting wounds. The spectacular images of the incident, taken up by some residents and published on social media, have become viral within a few hours, raising new concerns about the conditions of urban infrastructures in the Mexican capital.
