Two operations conducted by the Carabinieri of Petilia Policastro led to the complaint of two people in as many distinct interventions against widespread crime and irregular work.
In Petilia Policastro a 27 year old already known to the police has been reported for illegal possession of drugs and resistance to public officials. The military, engaged in a targeted service against drug trafficking, subjected the young man to a personal and home search, finding three doses of cocaine for a total of 1.5 grams. The boy attempted to escape the sight of the military, but was promptly blocked. The substance was seized.
On the same day, in the morning, in Caccuri, the carabinieri of the local station, together with the Inspectorate of the work of Crotone, denounced an agricultural entrepreneur as part of the control campaign against the corporal. The man was defaulting with respect to the legal obligations on the protection of health and safety in the workplace, not having carried out the annual medical visits provided for workers.
