Sorical restarts with Demetrio Naccari Carlizzi appointed president of the Board of Directors. With him are Cataldo Calabretta (vice president), Giovannella Famularo, Elisabetta Aiello and Maurizio Nicolai (formerly CEO of Cittadella and now CEO of Sorical). This is the governance of the publicly controlled company (53.5% of the capital held by the Calabria Region and the remaining 46.5% by Sorical), which since 2022 has operated as the sole manager of the integrated water service, consolidating its strategic role in the protection and valorisation of an essential resource such as water.
