The ones rejoicing in this first phase are the former Calabrian ministerial interns (around 380) belonging to the Ministry of Justice. In the stamped text of the Pnrr law decree, a provision we requested has been inserted, which provides for the stabilization of all those judicial workers known as former ministerial interns, providing for the possibility for the Ministry itself to proceed, during 2026, with the permanent hiring of this group of workers. News welcomed with satisfaction by the Calabrian undersecretary of the Interior, Wanda Ferro, and by the deputy group leader of FI in the Chamber, Francesco Cannizzaro.
However, not all members of the historic pool of former ministerial interns can smile. This is remembered by the CISL, through its secretaries Giuseppe Lavia and Luciana Giordano, who express «regret and concern, for the failure to approve the amendments to the Milleproroghe for the renewal of the fixed-term contracts of the approximately 300 Calabrian precarious workers employed in the Ministry of Culture, for whom the expected renewal has failed, at least immediately.
