A 52 -year -old was reported by the carabinieri of the Catanzaro Radiomobile section on charges of illegal combustion of waste.
During a control service in the southern area of the capital, the military noticed a dense column of black smoke to rise near an industrial area. Reached the area, they surprised the man – owner of an individual company and already known to the police – while he was burning a pile of varied waste, including plastic material, within a space adjacent to his deposit.
The 52 -year -old was therefore referred to in a state of freedom for violation of the single environmental text, which regulates the correct disposal of waste.
